1- Placing your order
At Little Frenchy you can place your order by three different ways:
- internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week www.littlefrenchy.com.au
- email us your order to cyril@littlefrenchy.com.au
your email will be treated within 24 hours
Once the payment has been proceed, an email will be automatically sent to you to confirm your order provided that the email address indicated in the purchase process does not contain any error.
2- Payment
At Little Frenchy, we have several payment options available for you.
Credit Card (Visa,Mastercard), this is the fastest and most efficient way to pay securely through our website.
Paypal
You can also pay by direct deposit to the following account:

Please ensure you leave your order number and name as a reference when transferring funds, and then email us to confirm payment. Please note that payments can take up to 48hours to clear and your order cannot be sent until payment has cleared.
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% GST.
No card details are stored by the site.
3- Deliveries
At Little Frenchy, we want to make sure you receive your frenchy purchase quickly and safely.
Delivery of your product will only be made once we have received your payment.
Within Australia
We will try our best to have goods delivered as soon as possible, depending on your address, city...
Your parcel will be send to you with registered post.
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide on all orders.
Any orders over $150 are delivered FREE of charge (within Australia only).
How great is that!
International
At Little Frenchy, we have a flat rate of $18.00 for New Zealand order and all orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.
For any other countries, please email us cyril@littlefrenchy.com.au to arrange international order and delivery.
International orders will be treated within 24hours. We can also give you details on delivery fees and delivery time according to country.
4- Gifts and Wrapping
At Little Frenchy, we want to make sure you enjoy your experience with us. This is why we will beautifully gift wrapped all orders with our French style and this absolutely FREE. So if your order is for a gift, we can post it directly to the recipient.
The gift wrapping is available for all items except for the two following products. Because of the size, they will be wrapped in a white silk paper only.
